Until I heard Tha Carter II and I was never more happy to be wrong. If you’re a rap fan of a certain age, it’s very likely that this is one of the albums that introduced you to hip-hop and is the reason for your fandom today. But lets’s start with facts: Tha Carter III is without question one of the most important albums of its era.
